Parts

• If you do not know your part number we can still help you we just need your machine serial number and a description of what you are in search of
• We check and inspect all of our parts to meet or exceed OEM specifications to ensure you are receiving the best possible quality parts available
• We will buy your surplus parts and salvaged machines call or email us with anything you might have available

Warranty & Returns

• We offer 90 days to 6 months warranty on all rebuilt components
• We offer a 30 day guarentee on all used parts
• We offer 6 months to 1 year and up to 3 years on different non-oem new replacement parts
• We accept returns within 30 days of the order
• If an order is returned after the 30 day period it is subject to a restock fee of up to 15 percent

Orders

• All orders received before 3:30 PM Eastern Time ship the same day
• You can check price, availability, quantity, and condition on the online system. If you wish to order parts on the online order management system we will require a billing address and preferred shipping address for you at that time
• We offer various types of payment to best suit your needs. You can pay via master card, visa, american express, wire transfer, ach transfer, or if you prefer we offer financing for companies that qualify for an open account on NET 30 terms
• Transit times for shipments vary based on weight, destination, and shipment origin
• You may possibly receive multiple packages for one order. This is to ensure that your parts have been shipped to you safely and will arrive in good condition
